trinkreif Presents 'Chardonnay around the World' with Parker Critic Stephan Reinhardt

Chardonnay is the most widely cultivated white quality grape variety globally and, along with Sauvignon Blanc, is one of the main topics of the Arlberg Weinberg 2024 symposium. What strategies and styles do wineries choose when working with a grape variety grown practically everywhere in the world?

We've invited Stephan Reinhardt to explore this question with us by comparing Chardonnays from various regions. This tasting provides a unique opportunity to gain insight into the work of one of the leading wine critics: Stephan Reinhardt, who evaluates wines from the DACH region for Robert Parker. In a joint blind tasting of 10 specific wines, he will share his approach to wine evaluation and the factors he considers for a top rating.

Renowned names such as Domaine Ramonet and Comtes Lafon from France will be represented, alongside Arista from California, Knewitz and Karsten Peter from Germany, and Tement and Kollwentz from Austria.
