Teeing-off on Austria’s highest-altitude 9-hole golf course
GOLF AT THE GOLF CLUB LECH
The 9-hole golf course of the Golf Club Lech in the idyllic Zugertal valley is framed by the imposing mountain scenery and spread between both sides of the romantic river Lech. Embedded in the natural scenery, golfers play upriver with a view of the Rote Wand and towards the Zugertobel, and downriver towards the Stierlochbach. The golf course of the Golf Club Lech is only 4 km from the Hotel Sandhof in Lech in the romantically situated Zug. It’s located at an altitude of 1,500 m and is Austria’s highest-altitude golf course. Locals and guests compete in the popular “Arlberg Classic Golf Cup” tournament.
